    HOUSE BILL NO. 389                                                                              
    "An Act changing the date of repeal of a provision authorizing an                               
    exemption from and deferral of municipal property taxes on                                      
    certain types of deteriorated property; and providing for an

Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                             
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 389(CRA)                                                                  
    "An Act eliminating the delayed repeal of a provision authorizing                               
    an exemption from and deferral of municipal property taxes on                                   
    certain types of deteriorated property; and providing for an                                    
    effective date."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.

CSHB 389(CRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                   
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so
